Among all the great attributes of Matt, I think the one that truly sticks one and worth mentioning here is his dedication towards his duty as a realtor. It was through this dedication that he was able to detect a critical issue in this property's foundation which was missed even by the home inspector. It was an issue with the foundation rebards having rusted endings, something that's small enough to be overlooked but big enough to lead to major issues if not treated in time. My brother and I had the difficult job of selling our childhood home in south San Jose after the passing of our father. It needed a lot of work (and I mean a LOT!) to get it ready. From all new floors to paint inside and out, and all new landscaping, the whole project felt completely overwhelming. Where to start? I’m so thankful we chose Matthew as our realtor.
