Matt Minic is a bi-state REALTOR® licensed in Oregon and California, serving clients through Realty First LLC in Oregon and Oak Meadow Real Estate in California. He specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate across two dynamic markets: Oregon’s Willamette Valley Wine Country, including Newberg and Yamhill County, and California’s Silicon Valley communities, including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, and Campbell.
Licensed since 2020, Matt has completed 21 real estate transactions representing more than $22.2 million in career sales volume. His real estate expertise includes luxury homes, farms, acreage properties, investment real estate, first-time home buyers, downsizing, condominiums, and 1031 exchange transactions.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Matt spent 20 years as a small business owner and 18 years working in the high-technology industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, bringing a disciplined, analytical, and strategic approach to helping clients make informed real estate decisions. His technology and business background provide valuable perspective when evaluating market opportunities, negotiating transactions, and helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate.

He takes pride in the trust he earns from his clients and is known for his experience, knowledge, responsiveness, insightfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond. His goal is not simply to complete transactions, but to provide guidance and support throughout every step of the real estate journey.
Matt’s professional achievements include earning the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award, along with maintaining 5-star client ratings on Google and Zillow. Outside of real estate, he has served his community as a youth baseball and basketball coach, participated on the Campbell Community Development Fact Finding Committee, and remains actively involved in his local community.
